BALSLEY JOINS TEAM AT CLAREMONT REALTY GROUP

Balsley, a top New Jersey real estate agent, is bringing that trademark to a new Summit agency, Claremont Realty Group.

That trademark, of course, gives Balsley her client-centered focus — vital to making sure that everyone who walks through her office door knows that he or she is valued.

Having lived in the Summit area for more than 28 years, Balsley knows the community inside and out. This kind of specialized knowledge enables her to do the best job for both new and longtime residents who are buying or selling property.

Whether it’s tracking up-to-the minute activities in the local real estate market, maintaining a convenient online virtual office, or sharing her unique understanding of “all things real estate” through her free blog, Balsley knows technology and makes effective use of it. This gives her a distinct edge when it comes to providing her clients the information they need to make wise and informed decisions.

She also has worked regularly with employee relocation for small companies, high-profile groups like the New York Jets and giants like Honeywell.

Before building her reputation in real estate here, Balsley was an account executive at Berenter, Greenhouse and Webster, a New York advertising agency, and two other New York-based ad agencies.

She is a graduate of Ithaca College in New York, where she earned a degree in television and radio, with a concentration in advertising and public relations.
